Data corrections

When you report a correction, include:

• The page URL and municipality name
• The field you believe is wrong (for example mill rate, mean radon, permit total)
• The value you expect and the official source document or table that supports it
• A link or citation we can verify (open data portal, StatsCan table, municipal PDF)

We aim to respond within five business days. Verified corrections are rolled into the next scheduled data refresh for that topic.

Scope

We rank cities using open government data and publish secondary presentations of those sources. We cannot change official municipal or federal records at the source. For tax bills, building permits, or water quality compliance, contact the municipality or agency that issued the original record.
